- 3Enter your practice name, doctor name, address, phone, email, NPI number, and tax ID.
- 4Once saved, EVERY form, SOAP note, consent document, and insurance narrative on the platform will automatically populate with your practice information.
- 5This eliminates hours of manual data entry and ensures consistency across all 454+ documents.
- 6You can update your Practice Settings at any time — changes will apply to all future documents.
- 1Click the "Sign In" button at the top right corner of the page to create your account or log in.
- 2Once you are logged in, you will see your name in the top right corner. Click it to go to your Dashboard, Messages, or Member Directory.
- 3Your Dashboard is your home base. It shows your progress, your CE credits, your certificates, and more.
- 4Use the menu bar at the top to jump to any section of the platform — like Curriculum, Forms, SOAP Notes, or Tools.

- 2The curriculum has 6 tiers. Start at Phase 1: The Launchpad (Foundation) and work your way up to Tier 5 (Mastery).
